Hi Ramesh,I'm having the same problem as BaxterWall. My "old" computer is Win XP (sp3) and the 'new' is Win 7 RC.I can right click on the XP C:\ drive and use 'open' and 'explore' as you asked. There is a folder called "Windows Easy Transfer" which I can also explore.Win Easy Trans does not appear in my Programs list, nor can I see it if I go to "Add/Remove Programs"If it's any help I transfered my settings etc (successfully)via a USB connectedexternal HDD.Yours in hope of a solution!!Forgot to say that this problem is only when I'm running the XP installation, and does not occur using Win 7
